PacketStream at a glance

PacketStream Inc. is a US company, and its terms are governed by California law.

Its network is peer‑to‑peer: home users run the PacketStream desktop app and earn $0.1 for each GB they share. Customers prepay per GB, with no subscription.

Targeting is by country. A sticky session keeps one exit for up to 60 minutes and fails if that home user disconnects.
