Login and password
Where to get credentials, when they change, and what error 407 means
Proxies authenticate by login and password only. There is no IP whitelist.
Where to get them
- Rotating – proxy panel → Get data.
- Static – the order card: the lines with credentials are already there.
When they change
- Geo, rotation, session – stored in the login on Expert and Mobile, in the password on Large. The rest of the line stays the same, lines exported earlier keep their own settings.
- Reset settings → Password – a new login and password on Expert and Mobile, a new password with the same login on Large. All exported lines stop working and must be replaced everywhere.
Error 407
407 Proxy Authentication Required – the proxy rejected the login or password.
- Old line – get a fresh one in the bot and paste it again.
- Wrong field order – match the line format with the fields in your program.
- Wrong port – static proxies and Residential Large use different ports for SOCKS5 and HTTP.
- Extra spaces – check the start and end of the login and password.
- Line edited by hand – compare it with username parameters. Large takes parameters in the password, Expert and Mobile in the login.
- Term or traffic ended – check the package in the bot.
If someone else got your credentials: for rotating proxies run Reset settings → Password, for static proxies write to @WissSupportBot. Do not send the password in the message.
