Issued traffic and IPs are not refundable, so start with the trial or a 1 GB package.
If credentials can’t be issued, the money returns to your balance automatically.
Payments and balance

Orders paid from your balance carry no fee. Top up once and purchase in a couple of clicks.
Your IPs stay the same. With auto‑renewal, the charge comes off your balance at the end of the 30‑day cycle.
Proxy types
Residential proxies use home provider IPs, mobile proxies use cellular carrier IPs. Mobile cost more, but platforms trust them more: one carrier IP is shared by thousands of subscribers.
Residential and mobile are billed by traffic, which stays valid for 3 months. The IP changes at your interval or holds for up to 24 hours.
Static ISP and DC are billed per IP per month: the address is yours for the whole term, traffic is unlimited.
ISP give you a provider IP that platforms trust, good for accounts and long sessions.
DC are cheaper: from $1.30 per IP versus from $2.20 for ISP. Good for scraping and bulk checks.
You choose the interval: 9 presets, from a new IP on every request to one change a day. A sticky session holds one IP for up to 24 hours.
Residential down to ZIP code and provider, mobile down to ZIP code and carrier. For static, you choose the country.
By ZIP you get the node closest to that code.
Setup
Yes, with any software that supports HTTP or SOCKS5 with a login and password: Dolphin{anty}, AdsPower, Octo Browser, Multilogin, GoLogin and more.
Login and password only, no IP whitelisting. You can reissue the password, the old one will stop working.
