What we know about you

We collect the minimum needed to provide the service. This includes:

  • your Telegram account ID and username, if you have one;
  • the history of packages, plans, traffic volumes and balance top‑ups you bought;
  • the countries, locations, pools and types of IP addresses issued to you;
  • technical logs, to the extent supported by us and the Providers: connection dates and times, ports used, traffic volumes, technical connection identifiers;
  • payment details, including crypto wallet addresses when you pay with digital assets, and other available payment details.

We protect this data with reasonable technical and organizational measures. We are not responsible for an account compromise that happened through your own fault.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us, for the security of your Telegram account and for keeping your proxy credentials safe.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data and we don't hand it out. Providers receive the technical data needed to deliver and maintain your proxies. Beyond that, data is shared only where this Agreement or the law directly requires it, such as a legally valid request from a competent authority.

We check that such a request is valid, we can only share what we actually hold, and we let you know unless the law or the request itself forbids it. No separate consent from you is required in that case, and we are not liable for the consequences of a disclosure the law required.

Data on the website

Your email address, and your name if you have provided it, are needed for access to the dashboard, receipts and notifications. Order and payment history is needed to fulfill our obligations and for accounting.

Technical data: your IP address, the type of browser and the pages you open. This data is needed to protect against password guessing and other abuse.

Cookies

The site uses technical cookies and your browser’s local storage: they hold the dashboard session and its settings. Once you disable them, it will become impossible to place an order.
