Proxies

Proxy settings

What every button in the proxy panel does

Rotating proxy panel: @WissProxyBot → My proxies → Residential or Mobile. If you also have static proxies, choose Rotating first. The top of the panel shows the remaining traffic and the current settings.

Traffic

  • Top up traffic – buy more gigabytes for this package. The package term is extended by 3 months. The purchase goes through as soon as you pick the amount, with no separate confirmation.

Location

Narrow it down step by step: country → region → city. Provider and ZIP can be set right after the country.

  • Country – the proxy country. Pick it from the list or send its English name or code: US, DE.
  • Region – a state or region inside the country.
  • City – a city inside the region.
  • Provider – the internet provider. For Mobile the button is called Operator: the mobile carrier.
  • ZIP – a postal code. The list shows codes with IPs available right now. Need another one – send it as a message and the bot will check it.

Every list has an "Any" option that removes the restriction. If no IPs match the combination right now, the bot warns you and does not save it.

Parameters

  • OS – the operating system of the devices your traffic goes through: Windows, macOS, Linux, or Android. Pick the same one as in your browser or antidetect profile: anti-fraud systems compare them. Residential only.
  • Rotation – how often the IP changes: every request, or every 1, 5, 10, 30 minutes, 1, 3, 6, 12 hours, 1 day. For a custom value, send a number of minutes from 1 to 1440.
  • Session – how the IP changes:
    • Rotating – the IP changes at the Rotation interval.
    • Sticky – the IP is kept as long as possible, while the device stays online. Rotation does not apply.
  • Protocol – HTTP or SOCKS5. Changes the start of a link-format line: http:// or socks5://. The port stays the same.
  • Format – the order of fields in a line:
    • user:pass@host:port – a ready link, the bot adds socks5:// or http:// in front;
    • user:pass:host:port;
    • host:port:user:pass.

Reset settings

  • Configuration – restore the defaults: any location and OS, rotation "Every request", session "Rotating", SOCKS5, link format. Proxies you already exported keep working.
  • Password – issue a new login and password. All previously exported proxies stop working within a minute.

The bot asks for confirmation before either reset.

Get data

  • Get data – export proxies with the current settings. Number of lines: 1, 10, 100, 1000, 2500, or 5000.
    • 1 line arrives as a message: login, password, host, port, and the full line.
    • More than one arrives as a .txt file. Every line has its own port and its own IP.
  • Hide – delete the message with the credentials from the chat.

The number of lines does not affect the price: all lines share the same traffic. Lines exported earlier keep working with their own settings.

Static proxies

Order card: My proxies → the order. If you also have rotating proxies, choose Static first. The card lists the IPs and has these buttons:

  • Protocol – HTTP or SOCKS5. SOCKS5 has its own port, the lines in the card update.
  • Format – the line layout: URL, ip:port:login:password, login:password@ip:port, or ip:port.
  • Download .txt – the whole list as a file. Shown when the IPs do not fit into one message.
  • Renewal:
    • Renew – 30 more days with the same IPs. The bot shows the price before charging.
    • Auto-renew – renews the order from the balance before it ends, the IPs stay the same. On for new orders. If the balance is short, the bot warns you and then turns auto-renew off.

Next: connection and formats, how the IP changes, if a proxy does not work.
