How to connect a proxy
Line formats, HTTP and SOCKS5, a curl check
What a line is made of
- Host – the proxy address. Rotating proxies use one gateway for all lines, static proxies have their own IP.
- Port – for rotating proxies, each line has its own, from 10000 to 10999.
- Login and password – access to the proxy. For rotating proxies the password is the same for the whole package, and the login carries the geo, rotation, and session.
Formats
Rotating:
socks5://user:pass@host:portorhttp://user:pass@host:port– a ready link that most programs accept;user:pass:host:port;host:port:user:pass.
Static:
URL–http://login:password@ip:portorsocks5://login:password@ip:port;ip:port:login:password;login:password@ip:port;ip:port– no credentials, enter the login and password separately.
If a program asks for separate fields, copy the host, port, login, and password into them.
HTTP or SOCKS5
- HTTP – browsers, scrapers, web requests.
- SOCKS5 – programs that work with more than websites or require SOCKS5.
- Rotating – both protocols on the same port, same login and password.
- Static – SOCKS5 has its own port. After switching the protocol, copy the line from the card again.
Check
bash
curl -x 'socks5://user:pass@host:port' https://api.ipify.orgThe command returns the proxy IP. If it works but the target website does not, the connection is fine and the website is the one blocking.
Export
- Rotating – 1, 10, 100, 1000, 2500, or 5000 lines. Every line has its own port, and with a timer or Sticky also its own session, so the IPs differ. There are 1000 ports: after line 1000 the ports repeat.
- Static – one line per IP in the order.
- One line arrives as a message, several lines as a
.txtfile. - The number of lines does not change the price: all lines share the same traffic.
The geo and rotation of rotating proxies can be changed right in the login: Username parameters.
