If a proxy does not work

Connection errors, wrong geo, IP not changing

First check the proxy with one command, using your line in link format:

Errors

  • 407 – the proxy rejected the login or password. Get a fresh line, check the field order, protocol, and port. More: Login and password.
  • 503 in the first 10 minutes after purchase – the package is still being connected. Wait a few minutes.
  • 503 No exit node – no IPs match the chosen geo right now. Remove the narrowest restriction: ZIP, city, or provider.
  • No connection – check the term and remaining traffic in the panel, try the other protocol. If even api.ipify.org does not respond, wait a couple of minutes and contact support.

Geo and IP changes

  • IP from the wrong country – change the country in Location and tap Get data. If you change the country right in the login, change _s_ too, or the old IP stays.
  • IP does not change – check Session: it should be "Rotating", and check Rotation. An open connection keeps its IP until it closes.
  • IP changes too often – choose a timer rotation or a Sticky session.

Traffic and term

  • Traffic ran out – Top up traffic in the panel: gigabytes are added and the term is extended by 3 months.
  • Static order is ending – order card → Renewal.

Website blocks the proxy

If api.ipify.org opens but the target website does not, the connection is fine and the website restricts this IP or network type. Change the IP, geo, or proxy type. We cannot guarantee that every third-party website works.
